This is a very easy double in Lyra with a separation
of 4 arcminutes, so can be split with the unaided eye from a dark site.
Its components are of magnitude 4.5 and 5.6 but each component also has a
much fainter companion. It is circumpolar from the more northerly parts of
the UK, from about Leicester, northwards, but is best seen in late summer.
It is a difficult object from the southern hemisphere.
