This is a double star in Draco, with components
of magnitude 5.4 and 5.5. It has a separation of just over an arcminute
and a half, so can be clearly resolved on modest binoculars.
It is circumpolar from the UK but is best seen on
late summer evenings. It barely rises from most popular locations in the
southern hemisphere.
